We are looking forward to your poster presentation at the ABA 2024 Annual Meeting! Here are a few tips for a successful presentation:

  • Arrive to the poster session (Salon B - LL) 15-20 minutes early.

  • Introduce yourself to the session moderators.

  • Keep you presentation to 3-5 minutes (if needed, the moderators will cut you off to keep the session on time) 

  • Please remember to take your poster down if you did not receive a ribbon from your poster session moderator. Leave your poster on the board if you did receive a ribbon.

  • Important Poster Times:

    • Poster Set-Up Round 1 - Tuesday, April 9 - 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

    • Poster Round 1 - Wednesday, April 10 - 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

    • Poster Dismantle Round 1 - Wednesday, April 10 - 2:00 - 3:00 PM

    • Poster Set-Up Round 2 - Wednesday, April 10 - 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

    • Poster Round 2 - Thursday, April 11 - 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

    • Poster Dismantle Round 2 - Thursday, April 11 - 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM
