ABA 2024 Annual Meeting Presentation Upload Site

The ABA 2024 Annual Meeting Meeting’s Presentation Submission Upload Site is managed by Encore Presentation Services. All audiovisual presentation files should be submitted through this site by April 1, 2024. After this date, submissions must be uploaded at least four hours prior to your session time either through the portal or on-site in the Speaker Ready Room (SRR). Presentations must be formatted as a .PPTX file. Keynote presentations are not accepted. You may NOT bring your own laptop.

To export to PowerPoint file format in Keynote on Mac: open the presentation, then choose File > Export To > PowerPoint

Please note: On-site AV does not support the polling PowerPoint add-on. If you are including polling in your presentation, you must use the web interface instead of the Poll Everywhere add-on. All laptops will have internet connection to access polling online. When uploading your slides in the Speaker Ready Room, please tell the AV Tech that you will be using Poll Everywhere. Onsite AV will not support polling applications but they WILL help with internet connection.

To access the site, click the “Forgot your password?” button and enter your email address (i.e., the email that received this notification) to generate a password to upload your presentation(s).

Speaker Ready Room is located in room Justice - LL (hours listed below) at the annual meeting to provide on-site service.

Once your presentation has been submitted via the website, you will be able to update it by removing the original and resubmitting a revision.

The Speaker Ready Room accepts presentations for the sessions scheduled to take place on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. For sessions taking place on Monday-Tuesday, please bring a jump drive that holds your presentation and load it onto the session room laptop. The Speaker Ready Room will be open on Tuesday but only for speakers to upload presentations scheduled for Wednesday.
