  • Identify evidence-based strategies and innovations that can enhance burn care practice at the learner’s individual institution level.

  • Analyze the key facilitators and barriers currently shaping the burn care field, including patient outcomes, treatment methods, and healthcare policy.

  • Assess successes, obstacles, and unresolved questions in burn unit practices and patient care and propose areas for improvement grounded in evidence-based insights, clinical experiences, and outcomes
