Speaker Ready Room

Presentations scheduled on Monday and Tuesday:

Bring a jump drive that holds your presentation and load it onto the laptop in your session room. DO NOT bring it to the Speaker Ready Room. The Speaker Ready Room is for sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Presentations scheduled on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday:

Please upload your presentation in the Speaker Ready Room (Justice - LL). If you have previously uploaded to the portal, go to the Speaker Ready Room to ensure it is there.

The Speaker Ready Room will be open on Tuesday but only for speakers to upload presentations scheduled for Wednesday.
