Creating Discussion - Verification/Reverification

After the ballot has been created/scheduled, create the discussion by selecting the discussion tab and selecting “Post New Message”.

Once in the new message page, use the template below:

The Miami Burn Center site report is ready for your review

Site report:  Attached

Discussion:  Participate in discussion on this thread.

Please note, if you want to reply to the entire group, just click Reply, not the drop down arrow.

Vote:  Vote on the ballot 

Be sure to link the URL for that exact corresponding ballot (not the entire ballot page).

Attach the formatted site report and the PRQ (download from BCQV).

 

Keep in mind:

  • VRC members are notified when a discussion item is posted, but not when a ballot is posted.

  • It is wise to schedule the ballot and the discussion item to post simultaneously. If you do not live in the central time zone, please be mindful of the time difference (ballots are CT by default, discussion posts may not be). It may be a good idea to schedule the discussion item to post after the ballot just to be sure.
