PRQ Check In

The PRQ must be completed 8 weeks in advance from the site review. At roughly 10 weeks out from the site visit, the Verification Coordinator (VC) will check the status of the burn center’s PRQ to ensure that progress is being made. If significant progress has not been made, the VC will reach out to the burn center to ensure no complications have been encountered.
