Burn Center Steps-Consultation

A consultation visit (mock survey) functions almost identically to a standard verification visit. The same process is followed for Completing the Pre-Review Questionnaire (PRQ), scheduling, coordination of logistics, and post site visit completion. At the conclusion of the site visit, the site reviewers will note strengths and provide recommendations for addressing areas of improvement. A site report will be generated detailing these objectives. 

The review is conducted the same as the Verification review except burn centers do not apply on the ABA website and there is a one-time fee.
