VRC Voting Results and Determination Letter

Once the ballot has closed, copy and paste the results into an email to the VRC chair.

If the determination is verification and there are no CDs, the Verification Coordinator can send letter to the burn center director using the template found in the shared file VERIFICATION-LETTER Templates-Determinaion Letters_BAILEY. There you can also find templates if the determination is nonverification, nonverification pending further review, or Verification with 2 or more level 2 CDs. Ater the Verification Coordinator drafts one of these letters they need to be reviewed and edited by the VRC Chair prior to sending to the burn center.

The determination is sent to the Burn Center Director from the Verification Coordinator’s Email using this template. The following individuals are cc’ed:

• Burn Center Verification Coordinator

• MD Reviewers

• Verification Coordinator, ABA
