Create Ballot and Disscussion Thread

The VRC must review each (re)verification summary report and vote to deside determination. Once site reports are formatted, it’s time to post them for voting on MyAmeriburn.

Before creating the ballot, consult Monday.com to check for COIs.

If there is a COI for the burn center that is being reviewed, the site review must be posted in the COI community.
