Renewing ABA Membership
This article outlines the process for renewing an ABA membership.
ABA membership is renewed every calendar year.
How To Renew an ABA Membership
Log in to your profile - American Burn Association.
In the Overview Tab (main screen), click the yellow Renew button.
Ensure your renewal membership type is correct (the ABA does not refund memberships).
Physicians - $475
Non-Physicians (Not Corporate/Industry) - $160
Fellows/Residents & Medical Students * - $80
Attorneys - $550
Corporate/Industry - $550
Firefighters/EMTs - $50 (excludes JBCR access)
*Fellows/Residents & Medical Students – This membership requires ABA approval. Current fellows, residents, and students receive a reduced ABA membership rate. A confirmation letter signed by the faculty advisor or hospital/burn center administrator on official letterhead, confirming status and prospective graduation/program end date, must be added during the application process.
Click the green Checkout button.
On the next screen, check the correct billing address for the credit card you’ll be using. Enter your credit card information in the payment screen. Include your email address for a confirmation. Click the green Submit Payment button.
After the payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email.
