Registering for Annual Meeting

Purchasing a Registration

  1. Login to your ABA account and locate the annual meeting registration link under Events>Premium Events in the in the left navigation menu. Note: You must have an account to register and may need to first Create an Account to get started.

  2. Select your registration preferences and click Next.

  3. You will be given the option of adding a Guest registration. Select the option to register a guest and follow the instructions or click Next.

  4. Add additional ticketed items as necessary, then click Next.

  5. Review your selections and pricing, then click Next.

  6. Your completed transaction will display on the final page.

* Corporate/Industry employees must register at the Corporate rate, regardless of clinical training, degree, or discipline.

** Students must submit a letter from their faculty advisor confirming student status during the registration process. Full-time employees and fellows do not qualify.

*** Residents and Fellows can receive one year of complimentary conference registration through the ABA Fellows in Training (FIT) Program. FIT membership approval must be obtained BEFORE conference registration; refunds will not be issued to new FIT members. Pre-conference registration is not included. This offer is available to eligible residents and fellows in the US and Canada only. If you have previously received free registration through the FIT program, please register using the Student (residents) or Physician (fellows) registration types. APPLY NOW

Cancellation Policy

To request a refund, you must contact ABA at registration@ameriburn.org with documentation of your reason for cancellation by Monday, March 10, 2025. All cancellation requests will be reviewed by ABA, and if approved, will be processed within three weeks of the original request. Refunds that are approved will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No Refunds will be offered, and all sales are final after March 24, 2025.

Members may transfer registrations to other members of the same member type until Monday, March 28, 2025, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at registration@ameriburn.org. Nonmember registrations are nontransferable.

Remit Payment on Someone Else’s Behalf

If you are the ABA Account Administrator of your organization, you are able to register and pay for attendees.

Attending with Guests, Friends, and Family

Guest passes are available for $249.00. During the registration process you can add the guest. Guest Pass Holders are welcome to attend all open receptions.

Will my guest earn any CEUs?

Guest Pass Holders are not eligible to earn CEUs.
