Submitting a Disclosure in Your ABA Profile

Go to https://members.ameriburn.org/

Click “Login” on the upper right-hand side of the page

In the left-hand menu, click “My Disclosure”

Open

Add your “Expertise” and your “Role(s) in Educational Activity”.

Review the section: “Is there a relevant financial relationship?”

If you DON’T have a relevant financial relationship, click “No” and Submit.

If you DO have a relevant financial relationship, click “Yes”.

If you click “Yes”, Click the blue “Add Financial Relationship” button.

Open

"Type in the “Name of Commercial Interest”

Check mark all “Relationships” that apply

Type in any “Other relationships” you may have

Click “Submit”
