Create a Google Shared File

Go to http://Google.com

Click the waffle icon on the upper righthand side

Scroll down and click on Docs

Click on New Doc

Click File, then Open

Click Upload on the menu – last choice on the right

Find and upload file

Once the file opens, click Share

Either copy the link and send an email or type in email addresses and click Done, which will send them emails automatically
