Verification Troubleshooting

Pre-Review Questionnaire

Site Visit Logistics

Reviewers will share flight details with the burn centers so they are aware of arrival and departure times. Most commonly, burn centers will arrange staff to transport reviewers. Burn centers may also decide to arrange a ride sharing service like Uber. While uncommon, it is also possible to arrange a rental car for the reviewers.

Please allow for an extra half day for a fellowship review. Discuss specific timing with your reviewers.

Site Visit Process

If technical difficulties arise during the visit for virtual reviewers, please refer to your confirmation email for their phone numbers so you may call them to complete the review. If you are unable to reestablish a connection in video conferencing, please notify the ABA at verification@ameriburn.org.

Post Site Visit Process

Please visit the BCQP website. Click the “verification” icon. The Meetings and Rounds module is located beside the PRQ icon.

The Verification team asks that you allow up to 8 weeks for your determination. For any questions, please email verification@ameriburn.org.
