Managing your BCQP Users with BData

New starting in 2024, your BCQP Account Admin can update users directly in the BCQ Platform.
Log into BCQP and click on the Training section. Review the BCQP User Management Guide for instructions on how to update your users!

Before making any user changes to your account, please review the BCQP account limits. If you add more than 4 users (excluding patient registrars), this will generate an extra user charge of $750 from the ABA. The ABA will contact you to confirm the extra user charge. Reach out to bcqp@ameriburn.org if you have any questions about account limits and extra users.
In the past sites were charged extra for Explorers (report writer access) - New in 2024 sites will not be charged extra for Explorer licenses.
If you are unsure who your BCQP Administrator is, email bcqp@ameriburn.org for a list of your burn center’s users and permission levels.
After you have added or updated users in BCQP, your ABA or BCQP Account Admin will need to update users on your burn center's ABA profile on the ABA website as well - this ensures that all of your users will receive timely updates from the ABA regarding BCQP.
