Certificate Not Appearing on Profile

Problem

After completing the course evaluation, you see your CEU’s on your profile but not your certificate.

Solution

First make sure you are looking in the proper place for your certificate. If it is still not visible, this often means that the certificate did not populate after taking the evaluation. The easiest way to fix this is to log into your ABA profile and fill out the “Get Certified” form.
