Ineligible to Register for ABLS™ Live

 Problem

When registering for the course, you receive an error message saying you are ineligible to take it.

 Solution

The most common reason for this is that your demographics in your profile are not fully filled out. Please complete the following steps:

  1. Log into your ABA profile.

  2. Find the “Account” tab.

  3. Click the “Personal Info” tab.

  4. Scroll down until you find the discipline section and select your discipline and credentials.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit save.

Make sure you clear your cache after you save before trying to register.
