Problem
When checking out with ABLS Live in your cart, it still prompts you to pay the fee instead of being free
Solution
Go back to the screen where you enter the code. It should be learn! all lowercase and including the exclamation point
Check to make sure there are no spaces after the exclamation point
Click the “next” button
It should now show the course as free
