What to Expect at an ABLS™ Live Course
What to Expect at an ABLS™ Live Course
ABLS Live is a seven hour course split into multiple sections:
The morning will begin with a didactic lecture with breaks for questions and discussion.
The afternoon will consist of in-person case studies and patient simulations in small groups (no more than 5:1 participants to instructor).
At the end, a written exam will be administered. Participants must obtain an 80% or higher to pass the course and obtain their certification.
All course materials will be provided by the coordinator about one week before the course. It is strongly encouraged that participants read over the material before attending.
Participants will only need to bring writing utensils and notebooks if they desire to take notes.
