I can’t apply for verification.

I get a message on the members site stating that I’m not authorized to apply for verification.

Solution

Only the Account Administrator and Verification Coordinator can apply for verification on the members website. The following solutions are recommended:

  1. Have your admin or coordinator complete the application. As long as the information is accurate, it doesn’t matter who does it.

  2. Have your admin update the roster to assign you as the admin or the Verification Coordinator.

  3. If you admin is not longer with your organization or cannot access their account, please contact abacentraloffice@ameriburn.org to change your admin. Please note that we must have direct instruction from your Medical Director to do this.

I don’t have access to my PRQ

I haven’t been sent information on how to log in.

Solution

 Please ensure the following steps have been completed:

  • My organization has applied for verification on members.ameriburn.org
  • My organization has completed the BCQP onboarding process. If you are unsure of this, please contact Sue Becker at becker@ameriburn.org.
  • I am on the approved user list for BCQP.

If all steps have been completed, please contact verification@ameriburn.org.
