Submitting a Disclosure in Your ABA Profile

1. Go to https://members.ameriburn.org/

2. Click “Login” on the upper right hand side of the page

3. In the left-hand menu, click “My Disclosure”

   

4. Add your “Expertise” and your “Role(s) in Educational Activity”.

5. Review the section: “Is there a relevant financial relationship?”

6. If you DON’T have a relevant financial relationship, click “No” and Submit.

7. If you DO have a relevant financial relationship, click “Yes”.

8. If you clicked “Yes”, Click the blue “Add Financial Relationship” button.

   

9. "Type in the “Name of Commercial Interest”

10. Check mark all “Relationships” that apply

Type in any “Other relationships” you may have

11. Click “Submit”
