Create the Ballot
Workspace > Ballots > Add (don’t click the arrow next to Add)
Under Select a Template, pick Burn Center Verification Vote
Yes- Load Defaults
Enter:
Title: VRC vote due [date] – [Burn Center name]
Question: Should ABA verify [Burn Center name] as an [Adult/Pediatric] burn center?
Description: Go to the Verification Committee community discussion thread to view the site report.
Go to Verification Committee-COI VOTE community discussion thread to view the site report.
Create hyperlink that takes them to the discussion board.
Change these fields
NOTE: If the vote is for an Adult & Pediatric burn center, add additional voting options
Change closing date, consider having opening be later in the day so you have time to create the discussion item.
Create the Discussion
The [NAME] Burn Center site report is ready for your review
