Once the ballot has closed, copy and paste the results into an email to the VRC chair. CC the Executive Director, Quality Manager, and Verification email.
If the determination is verification and there are no CDs, the Verification Consultant can send out the letter to the burn center using this template.
If the determination is nonverification, nonverification pending further review, or if there is a CD, the Verification Specialist will draft the letter using these templates to be reviewed and edited by the Quality Manager and VRC Chair.
The determination is sent to the Burn Center Director from the Verification Email. The following individuals are cc’ed:
