Problem
When trying to sign up for an instructor course, you receive an error message telling you that you are ineligible to register.
Solution
This is likely happening because you do not meet the requirements to be an instructor.
Check the requirements to be an instructor and make sure that you have met them.
Check your demographics and make sure that they are correct.
Check to make sure that your previous certificates are on your profile.
