A consultation visit (mock survey) functions almost identically to a standard verification visit. The same process is followed forCompleting the Pre-Review Questionnaire (PRQ), scheduling, coordination of logistics, and post site visit completion. At the conclusion of the site visit, the site reviewers will note strengths and provide recommendations for addressing areas of improvement.
