Keep in mind:

  • VRC members are notified when a discussion item is posted, but not when a ballot is posted.

  • It is wise to schedule the ballot and the discussion item to post simultaneously. If you do not live in the central time zone, please be mindful of the time difference (ballots are CT by default, discussion posts may not be).
