Application Received
Once a new application is submitted, the Verification Specialist and Consultant receive Coordinator receives the bbc order confirmation emails that are sent to the burn center. This is indication that there is an application that needs to be approved in Impexium.To begin, access

Access Impexium and on the left panel, select “Certifications” and “Applications”:

Select “Site Visit Verification Application”

Step 3
Select “Applicants”, then “Pending”. Click “view”. Do not click the name of the burn center under “customer name”, it will take you to their profile page, not the application.

Approve the application

Select “edit information”. This is how you view the information provided by the burn center. There are 3 fields highlighted in particular yellow that are are extremely important in this process.
. A discription of each is listed below the screen shot. Finally, confirm that the signature page is signed.

Click on Approve Applcation and it will take to Approve Certificaion Requirement. Type approved and then click Approve. Then you will be directed to Approve Certification Application Status. Type approved again and click Approve. Leave follow-up date blank and check send approval confirmation email.
