The burn center’s Account Administrator must log into members.ameriburn.org to submit the vreverification application.

On the panel to the left, locate the “verification” tab, under which is the verification application option.

Enter burn center name into search box and click “next”. Click “start application renewal”.

Enter information into blank fields on application.

Please ensure that all information and roster is up-to-date

The signature page must be signed and uploaded before the application can be submitted and approved.

Burn centers should ensure that the preferred dates for the site visit are within two months of the verification expiration. Also ensure that the blackout dates are correct. Rescheduling a site visit will result in a $1000 rescheduling fee.

Once the application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the ABA Verification Coordinator for approval.
