A consultation site visit is recommended if a burn center wishes to have a review team assess and make recommendations related to improving burn care or to assist a burn program in preparing for an upcoming verification site visit. The review conducted the same as the verification review with a few exeptions, which are listed under the Consultaion Roadmap.
