How to Create a Verification in BCQP

  1. Log-in to BCQP

  2. Click “Verification”

  3. Click “New Verification” and start typing the name of the burn center and if it is in the system it will populate. If it does not, reach out to support-bcqp@bdatainc.com and request they be added.

You will need the following information to add a burn center to BCQP:

State or Province:

Postal code:

Country:

Phone Number:

Email:

Burn Center Website:

  1. You will be taken to the application page. Complete the application indicating what type of program and type of verification the burn center is seeking. Cross reference this information with Impexium and Monday.com to ensure that this information is accurate.

  1. After the new verification is generated, open the PRQ on the new verificaiton’s landing page.

Users do not see Initial application page icon.

  1. Under “Initial questions”, open the “Verification being sought by Burn Center” page and click the appropriate option. Again, it is extremely important that you are 100% sure of the type of burn center. The PRQs are different for each option and are very difficult to change once the burn center has completed the PRQ.

  1. After tasks in BCQP are complete, email the burn center Verification Coordinator and Medical Director using templte in this word document.

This infomation can be found on Impexium roster. Since they already applied at this point the information should be current.
