Fellowship Site Visit
This can be done the afternoon prior to the site visit, the morning of day #1 of the site visit or after the Exit Interview on day #2. Burn centers and reviewers can coordinate prior to flights being arranged and adjust as needed.
Sample Agenda
Afternoon prior to the site visit (times can be adjusted to later in the afternoon to accommodate reviewer arrival times)
1:00-1:30 PM- Interview with current Fellow
1:45-2:15 PM - Interview with Fellowship Director only
2:30-3:00 PM - Interview with Fellowship Director and essential Fellowship Program staff
3:15-3:45 PM - Interview with past Fellows (2 if possible and they can be virtual if they are no longer on location)
Day#1 Morning
9:00-9:30 AM- Interview with current Fellow
9:45-10:15 AM- Interview with Fellowship Director only
10:30-11:00 AM- Interview with Fellowship Director and essential Fellowship Program staff
11:15-11:45 AM- Interview with past Fellows (2 if possible and they can be virtual if they are no longer on location)
Day #2-Afternoon
1:00-1:30 PM- Interview with current Fellow
1:45-2:15 PM - Interview with Fellowship Director only
