Once the site report has been posted in the discussion section for two weeks, the Verification Coordinator will take down the post and close out the verification page in BCQP.
Open the discussion post in MyAmeriburn and print to PDF to capture all comments. The PDF should be saved under the burn center’s folder in Sharepoint under the correct year. Even if there are no comments, still save the page so it is evident that no discussion was had.
Delete each individual comment after the PDF has been saved. The post should no longer appear on the main discussion page.
In BCQP, go to the verification page for the consultation and click “user management”. Remove all reviewers.
Return to Verification page and click “Final Determination”. Based on the reviewers' recommendation, click the appropriate result and set the expiration date for one year from the determination.
Open Monday.com and update all dates in the burn center’s row. Archive the record in the proper archive year under the “consultation” section.
If the burn center has not been verified yet, duplicate the record and add the record under the “pending” group on the main verification page so they will remain on the radar for future verification.
