During and after the site visit, site reviewers are expected to enter their findings and notes into BCQV.

Site reviewers are expected to comment on the followings:

  • Overall recommended determination

For verification/reverification, the options are to recommend verification, non-verification, or non-verification pending further review. All of these are mere recommendations. The final decision will be made by VRC vote.

  • Comments on previous criterion deficiencies (if applicable)

  • Comments on previous Areas for Improvement (if applicable)

  • Criterion Deficiencies (if applicable)

  • Strengths

  • Areas for Improvement

  • Case Review

    • Identifying Quality Issues

    • Commenting on PI/Loop Closure

After this is complete, the site reviewer submits the key findings.
