The PRQ must be completed 8 weeks in advance from the site review. At roughly 10 weeks out from the site visit, the Verification Consultant will check the status of the burn center’s PRQ to ensure that progress is being made. If the PRQ isn’t near completion, the Verification Consultant will notify the Verification Specialist. The VS will reach out to the burn center to ensure no complications have been encountered.
