Your BCQP participation fee includes up to four (4) users with access to any combination of data entry, verification, and reporting. An additional three (3) users can be set up with access to Verification.
Additional user licenses can be purchased through the ABA. Please contact the ABA at bcqp@ameriburn.org to discuss your needs.
BCQP Administrator
Administrator role can manage users (add, remove and edit) and update burn center profile information.
Pays center invoices
Administrators must take a BCQP admin training to be granted full admin privileges
You can add an administrator-only role for the purpose of only managing users (likely someone from your IT department). Admin-only roles will not count toward your 4 users if they do not have access to dashboards, reporting or data entry
Burn Center User
select for anyone who will not have administrator access.
Data Entry (Only for Full Platform)
‘Case entry’ users have edit rights in data entry and will generally be anyone who may need to add or edit patient cases.
“Read-only” access can be given to should be able to view patient records without edited them
Reporting
Dashboard viewer – View access to benchmark reports and risk models.
All reports viewer – View access to benchmark reports, risk models, burn center summary reports, and burn center created reports.
Explorer (Only for Full Platform) – View and edit access. This user is the report writer for your burn center, with an ability to share reports with All report’s viewer users.

Once decided who will be your BCQP Admin, they will fill out one of the user forms below and email to BCQP@ameriburn.org for next steps.
