Application Received
Once a new application is submitted, the Verification Coordinator receives the bbc order confirmation emails that are sent to the burn center. This is indication that there is an application that needs to be approved in Impexium. There are two ways to accomplish this.
Find application starting at Blue Left Panel

Click arrow next to Certifications. Scroll down and select Site Visit Verification Application and click View next to VERIF_APP.

Do not click the name of the burn center under “customer name”, it will take you to their profile page, not the application. If you do end up at the Profile page you can appove there also. See directions at the bottom of the page.

Approve the application

Select “edit information”. This is how you view the information provided by the burn center. There are 3 fields highlighted in yellow that are are extremely important in this process. A discription of each is listed below the screen shot. Finally, confirm that the signature page is signed.

Click onApprove ApplcationAlland it will take you to Approve Certificaion RequirementAll Application Requirements. Type approved Approved-[Initials] and then click Approve All. Then you will be directed Click Approve it will take you to Approve Certification Application Status. Type approved again and click Approve. Leave Approved-[Initials] under notes, leave follow-up date blank and , check send approval confirmation email and click Save.

Approving Application from the Burn Center’s Profile Page
Go to Purchases-Certifications.-Application. Site Visit Verification Application will show submission date and Status will say Pending. Click Details and then return to Step 4 and follow instructions.

Return to Burn Center Page
Click on View. Note at the top that the submission date does not match. Note in the Purchase Details that Subimission Date, Effective Date and Expiration Date is wrong. If this is not corrected when you try to renew certification it does not populate correctly on burn center page.

To Fix this:
Update Submission Date
Update Effective Date
Change Expiration Date to 12/31/28 [year verification expires next]. See expample below.
Go back to burn center page and note the change below.
