  1. After application is approved, record the burn center’s preferred dates and blackout dates from the application on Monday.com

  2. If this is a reverification, check to see who previously reviewed and give them the first refusal if possible.

  3. Contact physician reviewers and secure dates for the site visit. Once dates are secured, schedule nonphysicians. When the Verification Coordinator emails reviewers regarding scheduling for an upcoming visit (these are normally scheduled 5-7 months in advance), it is the responsibility of the reviewer to respond and confirm availability promptly; ideally within 24 hours of the request. Site reviewers are required to complete 4 2 reviews per year, unless there are not enough reviews scheduled to evenly assign 4 reviews per reviewer.   4. Once the dates are finalized, prep and send a formal confirmation letter. Templates can also be found on the shared drive Shares-Documents-VERIFICATION-LETTER Templates.
