Burn centers must correct deficiencies and document the imporvement process in a Focus Reivew PRQ. this Verification Coordinator will set up and notify burn centers that Focus Reivew is ready to access. Completed Focus Review PRQ must be submited to the ABA within one year aftger after the date on the determination letter.
The VRC reviewers will review the Focus Review PRQ along with submitted documentation. The They will require either an on-site visit or a virtual visit and concluding . Concluding that visit they will award a determinatin of Verification or Non-Verification.
The fee for the Focus Reivew is $3,500 for a vrtual review and $4,500 for an on-site reivew.
