How to Create a Verification in BCQP
Log-in to BCQP
Click “Verification”
Click “New Verification” and enter start typing the name of the burn center and if it is in the system it will populate. If it does not, reach out to support-bcqp@bdatainc.com and request they be added.

You will be taken to the application page. Complete the application indicating what type of program and type of verification the burn center is seeking. Cross reference this information with Impexium and Monday.com to ensure that this information is accurate.
After the new verification is generated, open the PRQ on the new verificaiton’s landing page.
