This article outlines the roles and responsibilities of ABA Account Administrators.
What is an ABA Account Administrator?

Organizations
Each organization can:
Assign an ABA Account Administrator who will be responsible for managing the Organization’s online presence and activity.
Add and remove users from the Employee Roster. Please keep your Organization’s records up-to-date.
View/download all open orders and invoices related to the Organization, including those of the Organization’s employees.

Burn Program Manager | This is the primary contact for the burn center. If this person should be able to manage the roster and make purchases on behalf of the organization, they need to be added as an ABA Account Administrator (email abacentraloffice@ameriburn.org with this info) |

Burn Surgeon | Add all burn surgeons including director and fellowship director. |
Nurse Leader | person

Emergency Contact | This is a who would be contacted to coordinate bed counts, etc. for an MCI type emergency, there is also a place on your organization’s record for a general phone number for disaster emergency if you have a common number. |
Burn Outreach Coordinator |

BCQP Admin Contact | If you use the BCQP system, add the main contact for this program. |
Registrar | Registrars do not need to be members and will be added to the Registrar community in myAmeriburn. |
Verification Coordinator | If you participate in the Verification Program, add the main contact. |
Verification System User | If you participate in the Verification Program, add any users who will need access to enter data in or view the PRQ & verification system. |
Fellow in Training | If you have a fellowship program, enter your current fellow(s). |
Employees | Please add all employees when possible. |
