I have followed the directions, but am unable to find my ABLS Live certificate on my profile.
Solution
This most often happens because you were not logged into your ABA profile.
Log into your ABA profile.
Click this link.
Enter your name and click next.
Leave the next page blank and click next.
Follow the these directions to access your certificate.
